I am based at the BBC on Wednesday afternoons. Appointments available up to 7.30pm in the Therapy Room in Wogan House, 99 Great Portland Street, W1A 1AA.

Almost without exception everyone who comes to see me at the BBC is looking for a way to be more comfortable at work.

The combination of a screen, a deadline, the phone ringing, and all the other incessant calls for our attention makes it unsurprising that by the time we get home we can feel tense, tired and in pain.

“Just two sessions really helped me become more aware of better ways to work without aggravating my RSI. It’s made a big difference to my working day.”

– Danny, Business Assistant, 27

About me
My previous career was in radio and I was a producer making programmes for Radio 4. Very interesting but often stressful with lots of deadlines.

Frequently I’d arrive home depleted of energy with an aching lower back. But then I discovered that things could be so different.
